Wieliczka salt mine or Auschwitz tours

Republic of Poland is a perfect country where you can spend your summer holidays. It is a perfect country for few day journeys as well as 1 day journeys. Poland is well-known of its monuments and historical places. Most of recommended locations to visit are situated in the south part of Republic of Poland. Some of the most influential locations are: wieliczka salt mine and Auschwitz tours. Wieliczka salt mine is situated in Wieliczka, approximately thirteen kilometres from Cracow town centre.

It will take about twenty minutes to get there from Cracow. You can choose some kinds of tours in the salt supply. Those are: Tourist pathway, miners’ pathway, pilgrims’ route, the pathway called “The mine for grownups and little ones”, company adventure and mysteries of the Wieliczka mine tour. As you are able to see the Wieliczka Salt Mine provides more than you can expect. What is more, you can spend underground more than 2 hours of doing a tour – you can be there during the night. The salt mine offers 2 opportunities of room underground. The first 1 is Słowacki’s Chamber and the second one is Northern Mountains’ Stable Caving.

Słowacki’s Caving is located 125 metres underground. It is a modern room which will make happy the most demanding clients. Furthermore, the only one of its kind microclimate and mood will cause the stay more pleasant. The second location is Western Mountains’ Stable and it is placed ten metres lower than Słowacki’s Caving. It was a building for animals, but at present it is a modern places to stay in during the night and relax. In the Wieliczka Salt mine you are able to also arrange discussions, business meetings, wedding ceremony and many other events. Otherplace worth visiting in Małopolska part is Auschwitz.

Auschwitz was a concentration camp located in Oświecim (Auschwitz in German) approximately seventy kilometres from Kraków. You can move here easily from Kraków in 1 hour.
